Whether you're repping your hometown, planning a group event, or just want something one-of-a-kind, our custom hat program lets you bring your vision to life with Tropics quality and style.
Here’s how it works:
1. Minimum Order Requirement- To keep things running smoothly, all custom orders require a minimum of 20 hats. You can order more, but 20 is the starting point to get your custom look going.
2. Tell Us Your Quantity- Let us know how many hats you’d like to order. Perfect for teams, events, giveaways, group trips or your brand.
3. Choose Your Location- Each custom hat features a location, so we’ll need the city and state (if you're in the U.S.) or city and country you want embroidered or printed. Think of a place that means something to you—your hometown, a favorite vacation spot, or anywhere that inspires your story.
4. Submit Your Request- Once you’ve got your quantity and location ready, submit your custom request using the form below. From there, we’ll contact you with next steps, including design mockups, production timelines, and pricing.
